Saveela Asad

I was born in Fort Pierce, Florida and raised in Pakistan. I graduated with honors with a degree in Marketing from Pakistan. My passion for creativity led me to a flourishing career in event management, making every bride’s dream come true on her “Big Day.” Seeing the couples and their families happiness when everything came together and the gratitude and love i received was a reward like no other.

I am both bicultural and bilingual, bringing a unique East-meets-West resource to the Gainesville, Orlando, and surrounding markets. My clients and colleagues alike value my talent for relating to and communicating with international, bilingual, and multi-cultural clientele. In addition to English and Urdu, I am fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. I am married and a mother of two young daughters.

I moved to Houston in 2007, where I started my banking career and loved understanding and learning all the intricate details of financing, loans and banking. It also instilled in me a sense of great gratitude, as helping people on a daily basis manage their finances and life makes you realize how blessed you are and how important it is to give back, save and be grateful. As the top banker in Houston, I gained extensive knowledge of personal and business banking and earned Star Performer in 2011. I moved to Florida in 2012, as a service manager when Wachovia was bought out by Wells Fargo. Five years ago, my passion for helping people led me to a career in real estate. I feel blessed to have moved to Gainesville and be in a field where I am able to serve my community on a daily basis by fulfilling their dream of home ownership. The happiness and gratitude when you hand someone the keys to their new home and the emotion and love that follow is the best feeling and blessing in the world. I love interacting with people from every walk of life, as I believe that every person has something to teach you and everyone you meet has some purpose or reason in your life.
